Empowering lives. Building independence. Creating opportunities.
Unlimited Community Care Services (UCCS) is an Australian disability support organisation walking alongside people living with disability — children, teens and adults — to help them live fulfilling, independent, meaningful lives on their own terms.
A care organisation built around the person — not the paperwork.
UCCS exists to empower people living with disability to live the lives they choose. We provide high-quality, person-centred supports tailored to each participant's goals, strengths and aspirations — from everyday routines at home to confident participation in the community.
We listen first. Then we work alongside participants, families and support networks to promote choice, independence, inclusion and wellbeing. Our team is compassionate, experienced and culturally responsive — and we treat every person we support as the expert on their own life.
Whether someone is communicating with an AAC device, learning to cook a favourite meal, joining a sensory-friendly art class or finding the right rhythm of in-home support, our work is the same: thoughtful, consistent support that builds confidence over time.

Building life skills, one routine at a time.
Six principles guiding every support we deliver.
These aren't slogans — they're the standards our team holds itself to in every shift, every plan review and every conversation with families.
Respect
Every person is met with warmth, dignity and unconditional regard. We honour each participant's voice, lived experience, identity and the way they choose to communicate — whether that's spoken words, AAC, signs or behaviour.
Empowerment
Support should grow confidence, not dependence. We work alongside participants and families so people lead their own decisions, set their own goals and take meaningful steps toward the life they want.
Integrity
We do what we say we will. Honest conversations, transparent planning and reliable follow-through are the foundation of every relationship we build with participants, families and the broader community.
Excellence
Quality matters in the small things — a steady routine, a well-matched support worker, a thoughtful handover. We hold ourselves to a high standard so participants receive consistent, considered care every day.
Inclusion
We believe communities are stronger when everyone belongs. Our supports are culturally responsive, neuro-affirming and welcoming of every background, identity, faith and family shape.
Collaboration
The best outcomes happen when participants, families, support coordinators, allied health and our team work as one. We listen, share openly and plan together so support stays joined-up and goal-aligned.
To empower individuals living with disability through compassionate, high-quality, person-centred supports that promote independence, dignity, inclusion and meaningful participation.
Five steps. One promise: support that fits your life.
We don't drop a service into someone's week and hope it works. We follow a clear, collaborative model so every participant feels heard from the very first conversation.
01.Listen
We start by hearing your story, your preferences and what a good day looks like for you.
02.Understand
We learn your strengths, sensory needs, communication style and what matters most.
03.Plan together
We co-design a support plan aligned to your NDIS goals — clear, flexible and yours.
04.Deliver
A consistent, well-matched team delivers respectful support that puts wellbeing first.
05.Review
We check in regularly and adjust as your goals, life and aspirations evolve.

Steady, dignified 1:1 support at home.

Out in the community, on your terms.
Inclusive communities where every individual lives to their fullest potential.
We see a future where people living with disability are met with opportunity, confidence and the right support to chase their goals — at school, at home, at work and in every community they call their own. Every support we deliver is a small step toward that future.
