Built around people, shaped by what they ask of us.
Unlimited Community Care Services was founded on a simple belief: people living with disability deserve support that fits their life — not the other way around.
Listening first — then doing the work.
UCCS began because too many participants and families were telling the same story: services that arrived on someone else's schedule, support workers rotating in and out, and plans written about people rather than with them. We saw the gap between what the NDIS makes possible and what people actually experience day to day — and decided to do things differently.
From day one, the focus has been on relationships. Matching the right support worker to the right participant. Taking time to understand communication preferences, sensory needs and what makes someone feel safe. Working at the pace that fits the person — not the pace that fits a roster.
We support children, teens and adults living with intellectual disability and autism, alongside their families and support networks. Whether someone is taking their first steps toward independence at home, exploring the community, building life skills or finding their place in work and study, our role is the same: be present, be consistent, and walk alongside them.

Sensory-friendly spaces to create.
A growing team, the same purpose.
We're working toward NDIS registration and continuing to expand a team of qualified, culturally responsive support workers across Australia. What stays the same — and always will — is our promise to listen before we plan, and to put each participant's wellbeing, dignity and goals at the centre of every decision.
